How crazy is it that music makes us feel loved, more than love itself, weird right?
Here’s something that’s also weird, how our brain works, the Nigerian brain in particular, because tell me why i’ll be standing under a mango tree and imagine snake falling on my head, or the repeated trauma I get when a plane passes my house. Or when I go out at night and imagine someone following me. Just the other day I went to refill gas and I said if this gas station blow up like this, I go just die😭 Our brain is weird, it feels like it’s running on an overused battery. Always, expecting something bad to happen. I don’t think that’s healthy but then we’re Nigerians, nothing is healthy in this country. Even love. Except music.
And that’s why I have a playlist for you❤️
Yeah, this was me while listening to this playlist.
I put together some beautiful, well written, love, sad and happy songs together to make you feel the feelings you shouldn’t be feeling.
p.s I hope you have a Spotify account. (If you don’t, go download, its free)
My favourite on the playlist? All! The songs are special and they make me feel some type of way. Differently.
I hope you enjoy the playlist. I’ll be back with more.
Complaints for the day.
I feel this candy should be taken off the market, it’s too sugary, addictive and unhealthy. I finished a sachet in one day, i’m scared for my body. And there’s no guarantee that I won’t want to buy one again when I see it. Stay safe😭
Forget the playlist for a minute, the intro is on a 99.9% perfect for me, I like it bar the "nothing is healthy in Nigeria"( I know it's sarcastic tho)...
